On the next water bill going out there is going to be a $4.00 sewer service rate increase for the village due to state mandated improvements needing to be done to the sewer plant. Thank you for your cooperation.
Tomorrow there is going to be work done on the pump stations. There will be some interruptions throughout the day but they should not last for long.The areas it could affect is Cozy Glen, Jim Reese Rd., Antioch Rd & Main St.on the hill. Sorry for any inconveniences and will try to have any outages back on as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Village of Oak Hill would like to invite you to visit the Oak Hill Chamber of Commerence website for updates on New Business coming to town. Most recently, Brandon,Katie and Hadly House as the new owners of the Smith Flower Shop,(next to Subway) and Alex Smith, owner of Al's Pampered Pooches, located at 506 North Front Street.
The Village of Oak Hill is now accepting resumes for a full- time employee but must have a CDL Class B driver's license. Anybody interested can drop off a resume at the city building during business hours.

There will also be paper copies available to pick up at the city building if desired.
Beginning May 1st,2016, water leak insurance will be availiable to all Oak Hill water customers. Leak Insurance will be $4.00 per month, and goes into effect 30 days after sign-up. Insurance covers water loss only.Damages and repairs are not covered. Water adjustments will no longer be made due to water leaks. Information and applications will be availiable May 1st. at the City building.
Effective April 1st, trash fees for business accounts and anyone renting a dumpster will increase.
Business- $15 per month dumpster fee, plus $20 per dump (in village limits), $20 per month dumpster fee, plus $25 per dump (outside village limits)
Individual dumpster rentals:
inside village limits, $20 rental, $30 dump fee.
outside village limits, $25 rental, $35 dump fee
( all individual dumpsters dumped a minimum every 2 weeks)
